I recommend this size watch for men with wrists at least 7.5 inches. My wrists are slightly more than 8 inches and I use the straps third punch hole. Men Ive talked to who are about 6 feet and in the 200230 range usually make a good fit for this watch. The watch feels very comfortable and has solid, wellbuilt feel. Theres nothing cheap about the materials. If youre looking for Wow Factor without being garish, this watch fits the bill very well.
