At least 30 people were killed here on Sunday, dozens more wounded.

It happened on the outskirts of Syria's central city, Hama.

State media blamed rebels trying to topple President Bashar al-Assad.

The bombing comes the same day the Arab League announced dates for renewed peace talks in Geneva, aimed at ending the protracted civil war.
