The people of the EU's second smallest country, Luxembourg, have been voting in a general election in which former Eurogroup president Jean-Claude Juncker is seeking a fifth term as prime minister.

He called the vote seven months early after his Socialist coalition partners withdrew their support, holding him responsible for a secret service spying scandal.
