China's GDP grows 8.9% in 4th quarter

Beijing, 17 Jan (EFE).- China's GDP rose by 8.9 percent in the fourth quarter of 2011, two tenths less than the third quarter. The world's second largest economy grew by 9.2 percent in 2011, down from 10.3% for 2010, according to the country's National Bureau of Statistics.
