In Britain, there is controversy about government text messages which have been sent to almost 40,000 people suspected of being in the UK illegally. The messages urge them to return home. It is much like the recent billboard campaign, which was banned. Some of the texts have been mistakenly sent to people who have lived in the UK for decades. Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports.
