What went down in a Seoul DJ booth last Thursday between British EDM producer Michael Woods and Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber?
Justin Bieber is in the midst of a multiple city tour of Asia, which has taken him to Singapore (yeah, Singapore Slings!!), Bangkok (yeah, Ladyboys!!), Beijing (yeah, Communist Oppression!!), Dalian (Yeah, we can't think of why anyone would visit Dalian) and Shanghai (yeah, what the hell, we still haven't left China yet?!?!").
On Thursday, October 10, Bieber found himself in Seoul, South Korea. According to reports, it was there Justin Bieber was accused of taking a cheap shot at the manager of DJ Michael Woods.
Bieber apparently muscled his way into the DJ booth, where Michael Woods was still performing his set. The two apparently argued over music selection. Bieber wanted to listen to hip hop. Woods of course is known EDM genres such as progressive house, electro house and trance. What followed was a civil exchange between Woods and Bieber on the increasingly blurred lines between EDM and hip-hop in sub-genres such as Trap music, which Urban Dictionary describes as one-third hip-hop, one-third, dubstep and one-third dub.
Just kidding. What happened next is Michael Woods told Bieber to "f**K off" and also informed Bieber that he had misplaced his shirt. That's when Bieber apparently got all punchy, reportedly taking a swing at Michael Woods' manager.
Michael Woods tweeted: "Next time u wanna take a cheap shot at my Tour Manager @justinbieber stick around to follow it thru instead of runnin off like a lil p***y."
