Madrid, Feb 11 (EFE).- Former ONCE and Liberty cyclist Jorg Jaksche testified as a witness in a hearing linked to the "Operación Puerto" court case where he blamed team managers for doping in cycling and claimed that "the people that push us to dope are the ones that point the finger later on."
