Washington, Sep 17 (EFE).- The FBI on Tuesday ruled out the theory of a second gunman in the shooting the previous day at the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters in Washington, saying the dead suspect identified as Aaron Alexis, a civilian contractor for the military from Texas, acted alone.
