An advertising sales executive is suing her former boss for wrongful termination. Jessica Zelinske, a single mother and former model from Minnesota, worked for Charter Communications earning $18,000 a year when she decided to enter a Playboy Hot Housewives competition. She won and her boss gave her permission to pose. Once the spread came out, she was fired for violating the company’s conduct policy. Zelinske is suing Charter for $150,000 for emotional distress and damages.
