Better think twice before you want to get revenge on an ex by putting nude photos on the web. California governor Jerry Brown signed the "revenge porn" bill making it a misdemeanor to post naked photos of an ex. An offense can carry a penalty of a $1,000 fine and up to six years in jail. California legislators acknowledge revenge porn is a growing problem in the age of social media. The ACLU voiced concerns that the law infringes upon First Amendment rights.
