BUG BREAD: Students Design Wheat Made from Grasshoppers to Help Developing Countries

A group of students from McGill University won the Hult award for their creation, the Flour Power project. The project gives grasshoppers to farmers in Mexico who harvest them and then turn them into flour. The flour is distributed to poor countries all over the world. The process is sustainable and the group plans on continuing the project in different countries.
