This is a 60 second Public Service Announcement that I conceived, shot and edited for my Minicam & Editing class for Kennedy King College. The concept is that most people are doing entirely TOO much when theyre supposed to be driving, and that pedestrians should pay more attention to what's going on around them while they're walking. The bottom line is LOOK UP!!
