This years Miss R.O.C(Taiwan) winner is a 21-year-old student, Cinzia Chang(張韶娟).

Cinziai currently studies Turkish in National Chengchi University. She likes doing exercise. She attended many beauty contests, she said the most difficult part iswearing high heels for a whole day during the contests. Some people said she looks a bit like the sexy model Monica. She also introduced herself in Turkish.
