Don't ban big ships from Venice!

That was the message from workers at the city's port, alarmed at calls to outlaw cruise ships from the tourist destination in the wake of Italy's Costa Concordia disaster and amid fears over structural damage and pollution.

Protesters say that thousands of jobs are at stake.
