Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi laid the foundation stone of a Mainline Electric Multiple Unit (MEMU) coach factory and a drinking water project at Bhilwara in poll bound Rajasthan. She also asserted that the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre has implemented several policies to ensure the upliftment of the tribals and adivasis.
