An exhibition with a difference has opened its high-security doors near Paris.

Nine inmates from Sud Francilien jail - an hour's drive south of the French capital - have turned curators for the showcase.

The exhibition is entitled "Journey" and is a provocative but deliberate choice by the inmates, many of whom have spent a long time behind bars.
