Ingredients:
1 small chopped Onion
1 deseeded and chopped Tomato
1 chopped Carrot
1 chopped Cucumber
Salt
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp powdered Sugar
Lemon Juice
Method:
- Mix onions, carrots, tomato, cucumber in bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix salt, red chilli powder, powdered sugar, lime juice.
- Chill the salad ingredients and the dressing separately.
- Mix both the ingredients and dressing after adding coriander leaves
- Toss everything well and it is ready to be served.
