All in All Azhagu Raja starring Karthi,Kajal Aggarwal and Santhanam in the lead roles does that. The director appears in the teaser saying he wants to talk about smoking in his teaser, what follows is a comical exchange between Karthi and Santhanam about Mukesh, the cancer patient who is shown in theatres before screening the movie. Santhanam mimics the patient in the teaser.
