Chilean opposition leader and former president Michelle Bachelet has called for a full investigation into human rights abuses committed during General Pinochet's dictatorship.

Bachelet took part in a remembrance ceremony at Villa Grimaldi - the site of a former detention and torture centre where both she and her mother were held.
