A police dashcam catches officers slamming a woman into the ground. Christina West was arrested for DUI August 10 after she ran off the road and into a house. She was also charged with battery and resisting arrest. The video shows the cops slamming West down to the ground and smacking her head against the pavement. After Florida State Attorney Willie Meggs saw the video, he threw out the battery and resisting arrest charges. He says he is investigating and considering all possibilities, even charging the officers.
