HIV+ Man Pleads Not Guilty to Allegedly Exposing 300 to Virus Because He Was "Afraid of Rejection"

A man diagnosed with HIV in 2003 appeared in court today and pleaded not guilty to felony charges of recklessly infecting another with HIV. He reportedly told police he had knowingly had sex with 300 people without disclosing his diagnosis. He told police he never revealed his condition because he was afraid he would be rejected.
