The independence of South Sudan in 2011 brought joy to millions of Southern Sudanese. But thousands more have been stranded in makeshift camps in Sudan, still waiting for buses to take them home. And recent floods have made conditions worse. Harriet Martin has their story from the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
