Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has been officially released a day after a court ordered it to happen. A chopper filled with medical supplies will bring Mubarak to a military hospital. He will be placed under house arrest by order of Egypt’s interim government. He will still face a retrial over conspiracy to kill protesters during the 2011 revolution.
