Israel has freed 26 Palestinian prisoners as part of a US-brokered deal to restart peace talks.

15 others were greated by crowds of supporters and relatives in Gaza.
Both sides are to meet in Jerusalem in a few hours to try to solve one of the longest-standing conflicts in the world.
