Nothing has changed on the ground. Abandoned and open borewells continue to trap children. This time a nine-year-old fell into a borewell in Hindaun in Rajasthan. It has been over 16 hours since the child is battling for his life even as rescue operations are underway but heavy rains are complicating the task.
