The paleolithic diet is a modern nutritional plan that is formed on the fact that man consumed a diet of plants and animals during the Paleolithic era. During the Paleolithic era, early man had no reason to grow crops which gave way to an able bodied and lean person. It is only in modern times that we have switched to an agriculture based society which has made way for lazy and obese individuals.
