Seems like Katrina Kaif is a busy woman and has no time at all in her date diary.
While Katrina has signed two new films - Kabir Khan's film with Saif Ali Khan and Abhishek Kapoor's film with Sushant Singh Rajput - she has no room this year for any other film. And thus according to reports, she has opted out of Shah Rukh Khan's Happy New Year.
As source close to the actress reveals that as much as Kat would like to do Happy New Year, she just cannot, as she is much committed to finishing YRF's Dhoom 3 with Aamir and Siddharth Anand's Bang Bang with Hrithik, before going into Abhishek Kapoor's film with Sushant and Kabir Khan's film with Saif.
Meanwhile, Farah's heroine in Happy New Year has to be a fast-talking Marathi girl and also a fabulous dancer, since it's the role of a beer bar dancer. Well as of now, Deepika is being considered for the said role.
