A percussion player with enriched experiences in Indian classical music- Tabla under traditional Farukabad gharana. He belongs to family greatly involved in music adorer and practitioner. Supratim has perfect blend of western and eastern rhythms.He has expertise over more than eight leather instruments such as Tabla,Sri Khol,Pahawaj,Darbuka,Bongo,Dubgi,Khamak and more than five percussion effects instruments. Apart from folk supratim has composed various western & eastern fusions, Rhythm solos, Jugalbandi (classical) and many more to his credit. Supratim has accompanied various artist and musician on live shows nationally. Supratim also keep his interest high in rabindrasangeet and adore to accompany with it.
