After Ghanchakkar, Emraan Hashmi is all set to play a conman again in Kunal Deshmukh's upcoming directorial film Shatir, which would be produced by Disney-UTV.
The 34-year-old actor, Emraan Hashmi, is re-teaming with his 'Jannat' director Kunal Deshmukh in the film, which also stars Paresh Rawal in a key role. A leading lady is yet to be finalised for the flick.
While we're on the subject, the title 'Shatir' was earlier with Ashtavinayak Films, but they gladly agreed to lend it to Disney-UTV, after the request put up by the famed director Rohit Shetty, as he had earlier worked with the Ashtavinayak for his 'Golmaal' series. Furthermore, his upcoming Shah Rukh Khan starrer film 'Chennai Express' is being produced by Disney-UTV.
Well, seems like its all give and take policy! As for Emraan, after the failure of 'Ghanchakkar' at the box-office, we hope 'Shatir' would create some magic!
