Here is a great way to find out if you or your local knife sharpening service is truly able to get a scary sharp edge on your blade. There are a few different tests but this is one of the most difficult ones.
-THE TEST-
Simply cut out a peice of telephone book paper, fold it which ever way to get it to stand up, then in one fluid motion push you knife straight down through the paper. That simple right?? So grab your sharpest knife and give it a shot!!
