Teargas and stone throwing as protesters who called for the reinstatement of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Mursi, clashed with police.

Most of the scuffles happened near or on Cairo's Sixth of October Bridge over the Nile. It's not clear what triggered the violence but it's the first such outbreak in Egypt in a week.
