Devotees participate in the annual Rath Yatra Utsav of Lord Sree Jagannath: Delhi

The 35th Rath Yatra Utsav of Lord Sree Jagannath celebrated in Delhi at Hauz Khas organized by Sree Neelachala Seva Sangha today at a grand scale. Lakh of devotees have taken part in the procession after the traditional Chherapanhara performed by Rabindra Pradhan the secretary, Neelachala Seva Sangha.

A Huge procession started from the temple at 2.30 PM via Aurovindo Marg, Green Park, Yusuf Sarai and Ansari Nagar (AIIMS) and before finally reaching at Hauz Khas Temple at 6.30 PM. In this holy festival Sree Neelachala Seva Sangha distributed Prasad and drinking water to all the devotees from 11 AM onwards.

Local police deployed to maintain law and order along with more than 400 volunteers provided by Sree Neelachala Seva Sangha. President of Sree Neelachala Seva Sangha B K Dash, Secretary Ravi Pradhan, Vice President Satrughan Nayak, Cashier Rabi Narayan Samal,Joint Secretary Ashok Pradhan and other bearer of Sangha organized this Rath Yatra festival.
