Judges have ordered the seizure of French tycoon Bernard Tapie's assets worth tens of millions of euros. Tapie is at the centre of a fraud investigation concerning an arbitration payment he received in 2008 under Nicolas Sarkozy's presidency. The move is seen as a "protective measure" pending the outcome of the case.
