A new tape surfaces showing the Hawthorne, California police officer shooting to death a suspect’s rottweiler from a different angle. The police department says it exonerates the officer, who has been receiving death threats after the first video surfaces. The suspect’s lawyer, however, says the shooting was retaliation for a lawsuit his client filed against the police department in March.
