I made this clip because I wanted to have a visual note to which I could refer. Pantin is on the East side of Paris and I've watched it change pretty much completely since '94. It is now quite a vibrant, happening place, and I was fascinated by a residential building with a few apartments in it which seem to have huge windows overlooking the Ourcq canal and one at least has an enormous terrace, it looks like. That's a school to one side of it.

I live in Saint-Denis, not too far away, and am American-born. Living "expat" in France for so long has been a true challenge -- mostly a very positive one.
