Community Based Harassment of this nature takes palce in my neighborhood of "Crafton Heights" in Pittsburgh PA, as of ~ 2007 to 2013 thus far. This kind of Harassment is referred to as "Gangstalking" on the internet .

The hammering ususally sounds louder than it is demonstarted here. I do not know exctly what sizes or tools are used. It may be varied .
