Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has formally been indicted for his actions regarding the Boston marathon bombing. There are 30 charges brought against him, including using weapons of mass destruction. Boston.com reporting the indictment includes the alleged confession written by Tsarnaev written while he was hiding in the boat he was ultimately found in, that he had downloaded the teachings of known terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki, and that his brother Tamerlin purchased 48 mortars containing 8 lbs of low explosive powder from a New Hampshire fireworks store two months before the attack.
