In this cricket video for Cricket World TV West Indian opening batsman Chris Gayle talks about his memories of hitting 88 against Australia, memorably hitting Brett Lee for huge sixes, at The Oval during the ICC World Twenty20.

He talks about the impact that innings made, and compares it to his world record of 175 that he recently hammered for Royal Challengers Bangalore against Pune Warriors.

Gayle was talking to Cricket World (http://www.cricketworld.com) at the launch of the Chris Gayle Academy in London.

The sporting development programme aims to unlock the potential of young people, using cricket to enable them to become role models in their communities.

The academy in London will work hand in hand with the academy in Jamaica, which is due to start in 2014.

The programme will be delivered by coaches from Cricket for Change, it is funded by Comic Relief and is promoted by the Chris Gayle Foundation.
