U.S. President Barack Obama addressed an audience at a theatre in Belfast Northern Ireland ahead of meetings with G8 leaders Monday.
Obama discussed the continued struggle for peace in Northern Ireland and saying the future of the region is in the hands of today's young people.

"In today's hyper connected world, what happens here has an impact on lives far from these green shores. And if you continue your courage path towards a permanent peace, and all the social and economic benefits that come with it, that won't just be good for you, it will be good for this entire island, it will be good for the United Kingdom, it will be good for Europe, it will be good for the world."
