This is what British Prime Minister David Cameron had to say about a meeting with Russian counterpart on Syria.

SOUNDBITE: British Prime Minister, David Cameron saying:

"You can see there are very big differences between the analysis we have of what happened in Syria and who is to blame."

Vladimir Putin arrived an hour late for the meeting, and didn't mince words about the U.S. decision to begin arming rebels.

"With regards to supplying weapons to the Assad government and with regards to who has the blood of children and that of peaceful Syrian citizens on their hands, I believe you cannot deny that blood is on the hands of both parties.
