So we are gearing up for bikini season and getting in better shape. Well we are still relatively new to this area but we plan on taking it by storm by teaching people how to get in better shape and I am embarking on a campaign to teach this by talking to different business in the area. I know some of them think I'm going to pitch them on personal training but I'll put this out right now....don't buy my stuff. Seriously don't buy it unless you really feel like I"m a good fit for you and you are a good fit for me. I'd rather just teach you via my presentation. If however you feel like you want the extra help...well maybe we can talk...but only if you are ready and I have availability.
