Yemen debates proposed charter amid dissent

Yemen's armed Shia group known as the Houthis played a key role in the popular uprising in 2012, which forced president Ali Abdullah Saleh from power. Since then, the country's political factions have struggled to resolve their differences. The country is now trying to draw up a new constitution to prepare for upcoming elections. But those living in South Yemen, which fought a bloody civil war with the North before the unification, say they feel sidelined by the process. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Adow reports from Sanaa.
