A woman was pulled from the rubble of the building that collapsed building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, making her the fourteenth survivor. ABC News reporting that firefighters began furiously digging when they discovered 61 year old Myra Plekam buried in the rubble. When she was rescued, she was given oxygen and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
