Vandalizing a cop car is definitely not considered a wise thing to do. Three culprits were recently detained by police after they damaged a new police patrol unit. But wait… one noteworthy aspect of the crime is that the suspects are goats.
The incident occurred in the southern Indian city of Chennai. Apparently, about a dozen goats climbed on top of the car. They basically trampled all over it.
According to a police spokesperson, the creatures damaged the wipers and glass. They also scratched the paint.
The department had acquired the vehicle just two days prior to the event. In the end, cops were able to catch only three of the mischievous goats. Luckily, the goats got off easy, as their 37-year-old owner is the one facing legal charges of negligent conduct of her animals.
Officers claimed that the troublesome goats had a history in the local area when it came to vandalizing residents’ vehicles.
Who do you think is responsible in this case - the owner or the goats?
