Justin Bieber's former monkey has a new home in a wildlife park in northern Germany.
The tiny capuchin monkey called "Mally" grabbed the media spotlight after customs officials at the Munich Airport quarantined Bieber's pet due to lack of appropriate paperwork. A pet monkey that had belonged to Justin Bieber now lives at a German wildlife park after the teenage pop star failed to provide the necessary paperwork to release it from customs.
The 19-year old Canadian pop star failed to meet a deadline to retrieve Mally, meaning the animal became the property of German authorities.
Fortunately, says the park owner Fabrizio Sepe, Mally is adjusting well to the new environment.
