Continuing on its path to sustainable growth, Hewlett-Packard today released its 2012 Global Citizenship Report. This substantial publication describes the company’s citizenship agenda in governance, environment, and society around the world. The report succeeds in presenting information not only from a corporate macro-perspective but also from the personal observations of individual employees and external stakeholders. At HP, ‘business as usual’ means seeking positive impact socially and environmentally with our corporate and operational activity.
As HP CEO Meg Whitman shares in her video below, HP continues to set the pace in global citizenship. For example, HP is now the first major IT company to report the complete carbon footprint of its supply chain, products, and operations and have had the total reported values of our greenhouse gas emissions reviewed by Ernst & Young for accuracy and completeness.
