A zookeeper has died after being attacked by a tiger at South Lakes Wild Animal Park in Cumbria.

Twenty-four year-old Sarah McClay was attacked by a Sumatran tiger after walking into the enclosure for 'inexplicable reasons', said Park owner David Gill.

Police are looking into the management of dangerous animals at the park following the incident.
