Disgraced former congressman Anthony Weiner announced his run for the position of mayor of New York City. He posted a video to his website asking for a second chance and hope that the racy tweet that ended his congressional career won’t come back to haunt him. Weiner also played up his family history with the Big Apple and says he has a plan to make the city better.
