Caesar Salad
CAESAR SALAD Recipe <br />Ingredients <br />For croutons <br />-Bread slices 5 pieces <br />-olive oil 1tbsp<br />-Oregano 1/2 tsp<br />-salt to taste<br />-black pepper 1/2 tsp<br />For chicken<br />Chicken 300 grams<br />Oregano 1tsp<br />Salt 1/2 tsp<br />Black pepper 1tsp <br />Olive oil 1tbsp<br /><br />Napa cabbage or any type of cabbage 1 medium sized<br />Cucumbers 2 medium<br />Avocado 1 optional<br />Mayonnaise 1n 1/2 cup<br />Black pepper 1 tsp<br />Salt 1/2 tsp<br />Garlic 1tsp<br />Cheese to taste <br />Cherry tomato <br />Boiled eggs<br /><br />Directions:<br />Cut 5 pieces of bread in small cubes and put them in a baking tray. <br />Add Salt, Oregano, black pepper and olive oil mix well and bake in the oven until golden. <br /><br />Chicken Marination <br />Cut chicken breast into horizontal fillets add Salt, Oregano, black pepper, olive oil and marinate for 30 minutes. <br />Heat a pan add olive oil and cook chicken. Flip on both sides until golden and well cooked.<br />Take Napa cabbage remove rib and core Cut into thick slices. Cut & peel Cucumbers and Avocado into diagonal slices and cut the cooked chicken into slices also.<br /><br />Prepare the sauce<br />Add mayonnaise ,Salt, black pepper, garlic in a bowl and mix well.<br /><br />Assemble<br />Add Napa cabbage, Cucumbers, Avocado, baked croutons, cooked chicken and sauce together in a large mixing bowl and mix well.<br />Grate cheese on top and serve with cherry tomatoes and Boiled eggs <br />And enjoy most scrumptious salad.<br />
